About the Product
Flaxseed or linseed oil or Alsi ka tel as it is known in India is the world's richest vegetable source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Flaxseed oil is replete with alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), an essential fatty acid that is beneficial for heart 4 disease, inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis and a number of other health problems. In addition to ALA, Flaxseed contains a group of chemicals called lignans that may play a role in the prevention of cancer. Flax Seed Oil is 1 00 times richer in lignans than most whole grains.
